Join our team in a permanent full-time or part-time role (24–40 hours/week) at Heron House to qualify for a *$2,500 sign-on bonus (Half paid at the start of employment and the remaining half paid at 6 months of employment).

About the Opportunities:

We are hiring for multiple full-time and part-time positions at Heron House, an Enhanced Medical Group Living Environment (EMGLE) program. This 18-bed facility in East Longmeadow provides specialized care for individuals managing complex mental illnesses alongside compounding medical needs.

• Competitive Pay: $38.50/hour
• Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour for overnight shifts
• Flexibility: Various shifts available to fit your schedule

Requirements:

• Active LPN license
• 1+ year of experience in a Behavioral Health setting
• 1+ year of experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, behavioral challenges, or cognitive disabilities (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle
