[Exclusive] Marketing Communications Senior Specialist, Global Biotech

• Foster communication and collaboration across various functions and within the business operations division.
  
• Efficiently oversee projects, from managing multiple tasks concurrently to researching vendors, providing concise summaries of findings, and updating key stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with creative agencies to craft new marketing materials.
  
• Revise existing materials, monitor the expiration of printed materials, update the virtual library, and manage stock levels.
  
• Implement updates to website pages
  
• Identify and procure branded materials.
  
• Coordinate the planning of seminars in alignment with marketing strategies.
  
• Organize logistics for booking speakers, facilitate contract processes, and onboard new speakers into the system.
  
• Assist in producing invitations (design and Veeva approval) for events.
  
• Support the setup and coordination of webinars in collaboration with vendors.
  
• Contribute to enhancing the customer experience through website development.
  
• Collaborate with third-party media outlets to promote our products in line with the marketing strategy.
  
• Manage budget allocations, expenditures, and accruals, including processing supplier invoices and healthcare professional fees, setting up and managing purchase orders, and establishing relationships with new vendors and healthcare professionals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  
• Experience in medical, commercial, marketing, communications, business, or related fields
  
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties, with or without accommodation
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
• Fluency in Japanese and business-level English**​
