RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a primary point of contact for reaching out to suppliers for Part 1 process
- Facilitate the supplier registration process by offering guidance and responding to inquiries, reducing turnaround time and improving supplier experience.
- Maintain and update records of supplier communications and data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.
- Support the team with basic administrative duties and process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Diploma and above.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable engaging with suppliers.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
