Analyzes property market data, prepares reports, and supports financial modeling for asset enhancement and budget management in a real estate portfolio.
Job Description
- Conduct market research, info collection, collation and analysis of property market performance.
- Prepare market reports for updates to internal management and key stakeholders.
- Assist in financial modelling for asset-level and portfolio-level projects.
- Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
- Present the analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth on both micro and macro levels.
- Initiate Asset Enhancement initiatives to improve returns on the properties
- Manage cost of operations and maintain desired level of property services commensurable with the positioning of the properties
- Assist in preparing OPEX / CAPEX budget and manage the annual maintenance / capex expenditure within approved budget
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related studies
- Preferably with 2 years’ of relevant experience in Commercial Leasing or Asset Management industry
- Good communication and negotiating skills, with a strong networking ability
- Have a passion in the Real Estate and Asset Management industry
