Executive and Equity Compensation Manager

Meta is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, curious compensation manager who will build and implement strategic, competitive, and data-driven equity and executive compensation solutions. In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence, driving the strategic direction for complex, high-impact initiatives while serving as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams.
