Executive – Apparel & Security Support

The Executive, Apparel & Security Support provides operational support across apparel management and security coordination for FAS activities, matches and National Teams. The role collaborates closely within the team, National Teams, internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly coordinated, tracked and delivered.
As part of the wider Operations team, the Executive will also be progressively cross-trained across other operational functions to provide additional coverage and support when required.
Key Responsibilities
Apparel Management
- Support the planning, ordering, allocation and distribution of apparel.
- Maintain accurate apparel inventory, stock movement and issuance records.
- Coordinate sizing exercises, exchanges, replenishment and ad-hoc apparel requirements.
- Liaise with apparel partners and vendors on orders, printing, deliveries and outstanding items.
- Track order and delivery timelines and follow up on shortages, discrepancies, incorrect items or other fulfilment issues.
- Support the preparation and distribution of apparel ahead of competitions, overseas travel and other team requirements.
- Assist with stocktakes and ensure proper storage.
Security & Safety Support
- Support security planning and operations for FAS matches, competitions and tournaments.
- Coordinate with security agencies, venue operators, government agencies, clubs and others stakeholders on security arrangements, manpower, access control and operational requirements.
- Assist and coordinate with security plans/requirements, deployment schedules, risk assessments, and contingency plans to support match delivery.
- Support the management of accreditation, access control, crowd management, traffic management, vehicle access arrangements and controlled access areas (CAA)
- Liaise with SPF and relevant authorities on security-related requirements where applicable.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of security briefings, operational meetings and stakeholder coordination sessions, including maintaining records.
- Support matchday security operations and monitor the implementation of approved security measures, ensuring issues are addressed and escalated appropriately
- Assist in conducting venue inspections, operational readiness checks and site assessments to identify risks and ensure compliance with security and safety requirements
- Support After Action Reviews (AARs), identifying opportunities to enhance security, operational effectiveness and service delivery
Wider Operations Support
- Provide operational support for FAS matches, events and activities when required.
- Support the wider Operations team during peak periods or where additional manpower and coverage are required.
- Be progressively cross-trained across other Operations functions, including matchday operations and ticketing, to provide backup and continuity when needed.
- Assist with general logistics, coordination and on-ground operational requirements where required.
- Undertake other operational duties and projects assigned by the Operations management team.
