Executive Assisstant (Full Time, LATAM Based, English)
- Manage inbox triage and routing across a dedicated business inbox using a structured label system (Action Needed / Waiting / Read / Archive)
- Draft responses to brand-direct and supplier correspondence for review and approval
- Flag Amazon account/brand-health alerts as urgent, same-day items
- Coordinate with team members (content, PPC, operation) on deadlines and follow-ups
- Support brand partner onboarding — contracts, purchase orders, supplier comms
- Calendar management, meeting scheduling, prep docs for calls, with a 15-minute buffer enforced between back-to-back meetings
- Manage a separate personal inbox (family, household, community commitments) with the same structured triage approach
- Manage calendar and travel booking following a standing SOP: direct flights only, no red-eyes, aisle seat, preferred lodging brands, rideshare over rental cars
- Protect recurring personal commitments (fitness, family time, community commitments) as non-negotiable calendar blocks, not something that gets bumped for a meeting request
- Handle logistics and correspondence for community and faith-based commitments professionally — this is a real, regular part of the role; the person in it needs to be open to and comfortable with this kind of correspondence, whether or not it's their own personal practice
- Handle time-sensitive personal requests with discretion and judgment
- Anticipate needs before being asked
- Manage a third dedicated inbox for podcast, community, and partner correspondence
- Coordinate content team deliverables and deadlines
- Support community and student-facing document management
- Cross-check calendar and draft responses for podcast guest and collaborator requests
- Light project management on launches, podcast scheduling, etc.
- Short morning sync covering calendar, urgent inbox items, & daily priorities
- End-of-day briefing summarizing inbox status, tomorrow's calendar, drafts awaiting approval, etc
- Hungry. You want more responsibility, not less. You ask for more before we offer it.
- High judgment. You make good calls without needing every decision spelled out.
- Direct. You tell us when something's wrong or could be better, you don't just nod along.
- Coachable. You take corrections without getting defensive, and you don't repeat mistakes. Reliable to the point of boring.
- Deadlines are deadlines. Full stop.
Hardware requirements: PC/laptop, stable internet connection, backup devices. This role uses iMessage as the primary urgent-alert channel and shared Apple Notes/Reminders for task handoffs, so an iPhone is a plus

Answer the following in your own words. We can detect it, so please don’t use AI.
1. Tell us about a time you managed something end-to-end without close supervision. What was it, and what happened?2. What does 'ownership' mean to you in a job, in your own words?
3. Here are three unrelated things: reschedule a flight, respond to a frustrated customer email, and reconcile a spreadsheet error. If all three landed in your inbox at once, what order would you handle them in, and why?
