Executive Assistant, AWS India

Discussion
AWS India is looking for an experienced, resourceful and highly organized Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders. The role supports a Director-level organization that operates across multiple cities in India as well as a Director, who supports multiple countries in Asia-Pacific & Japan.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, experienced planner who can respond effectively and efficiently whilst maintaining flexibility, composure and have good communication skills.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, anticipate needs, and help build capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company, is essential. The successful candidate can complete complex tasks with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without always knowing the whole picture.
