Executive Assistant

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 / month

About the Role

B Classic Pharma is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant reporting directly to the MD/CEO. You will manage daily operations, executive communications, schedules, travel logistics, and light project workflows while leveraging modern AI tools to maximize leadership efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily inbox triage, priority organization, and drafting correspondence in the executive's voice.
• Active scheduling, rescheduling, filtering requests, and protecting deep-work focus time.
• Maintain running lists of open loops and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Coordinate end-to-end flights, lodging, itineraries, and monthly expense reporting.
• Prepare meeting agendas, slide decks, briefing docs, and manage cross-team coordination.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and automation software to streamline repetitive workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

• First Degree (BA/BSc/HND) with 1–2 years' experience as a Virtual, Senior Administrative, or Executive Assistant.
• Strong written and spoken English with exceptional proofreading skills.
• Mindset of strong ownership, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.
• High-speed internet, quiet home office, and HD webcam for video calls.
• Regular Nigerian hours with 2 hours of ABT overlap 3 times a week.
