Job Summary

The Executive Secretary is responsible for assisting the Department/Unit Head in all confidential administrative matters and clerical support duties for his department/unit in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job; Preferably Secretarial

• Preferably with experience in using office productivity tools like spreadsheet, presentation and word processor

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills; effective at driving short-term actions that are consistent with long-term goals; excellent analytical skills

• Highly-motivated and passionate with his work; excellent interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills; strong initiative, self- motivation, and self-discipline with minimal management intervention and control

• Willing to work onsite in Makati
