This is a dynamic role for someone who anticipates needs, thrives on complexity, and gets things done. You’ll manage schedules and travel, orchestrate leadership meetings, prepare high-impact presentations and communications, track commitments, and handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. You’ll also help shape IT’s culture, engagement, well-being, diversity, and community initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Manages the executive's schedules
- Makes travel arrangements to make best use of time
- Facilitates staff meetings with agenda as well as notes and tracks actions to completion
- Takes an outcome based approach to managing IT Associate Engagement, Well Being, Culture, Diversity
- and Community Engagement goals
- Gathers, compiles, verifies, and analyzes information for the executive's use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases
- Facilitates smooth communications between the executive and coworkers and between the executive and external parties such as media, customers, and the public
- Handles confidential information
- Maintains the security of the executive's records and files
- Assists with supporting Executive Committee EA’s for Leadership meetings & Board meetings (as needed and determined by CEO’s EA)
- Monitors, reviews, and approves standard expenditures to ensure the activities of the office are conducted within established budgets for IT
- Performs tasks using independent judgment and discretion
- Prepares documents and presentation materials
- Screens and responds to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls
- Drafts letters and official information releases
- Arranges and attends meetings
- Takes and distributes minutes
- Remains knowledgeable of corporate policy
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Associates degree or relevant experience
- Five years of relevant experience supporting executives in large organizations
- Skilled at administrative tasks
- Knowledge of corporate policy
