Executive Assistant

Discussion

At A Glance

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. This is not a traditional executive support role. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted partner responsible for keeping the CEO's operating rhythm running seamlessly while he travels extensively, approximately 60% of the time. You will be empowered to make decisions, prioritize issues, and ensure business momentum continues whether the CEO is onsite, traveling, or in meetings.

Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, independence, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You'll play a critical role in managing communications, coordinating executive priorities, and protecting the CEO's time and attention so he can remain focused on the highest-impact activities.

This role requires on-site work from our Tampa office, along with flexibility and responsiveness during business hours. Occasional support outside of regular hours may be required during executive travel, board meetings, or other high-priority business events. The focus is on accountability, partnership, and outcomes, not continuous on-call availability.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and company operations. Although this is not a Chief of Staff role, it offers meaningful autonomy, executive-level visibility, and the chance to become a highly trusted business partner.
