We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team, helping drive efficiency, communication, and business success across the organization.

In this role, you will be a trusted partner to leadership, managing priorities, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and working closely with senior leaders, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and executive schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Organize meetings, create agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of key projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and team gatherings.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Help drive operational excellence by anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues.


Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams preferred.
  • Advanced English level (C1).
  • Previous experience with Project Management methodologies (plus).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
