Description

The Business

CPS Outdoors is a fast-growing Miami Beach custom pool and outdoor living company, with a

sister outdoor furniture business, Elemento Living. We build high-end residential and commercial

projects, and our clients, partners, and team keep our two founders very busy.

The Role

We're hiring an executive assistant to support both founders: Jeremy Guillen, Vice President,

and Cesar A. Cortes II, President. This person runs both calendars, keeps meetings and

presentations on track, and acts as a filter so the founders only see what truly needs them.

They're often the first face our clients and partners meet, so they set the tone for the whole

company.

What They'll Do

  • Manage the schedules and calendars of both founders, and keep them coordinated.
  • Prepare for meetings: agendas, materials, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Help build and polish presentations.
  • Screen email, calls, and requests, then route, handle, or escalate only what needs the founders.
  • Greet and host clients, partners, and visitors, and represent the founders with confidence.

Must-Haves

  • Proven executive assistant experience, ideally supporting more than one senior leader.
  • Outgoing and presentable. Comfortable being the first impression for high-end clients and partners.
  • Highly organized, with strong command of calendars and scheduling (Microsoft 365 and Outlook a plus).
  • Sound judgment and discretion.
  • Strong communicator, in writing and in person.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Currently working as an executive assistant.
  • Background in the outdoor industry, such as outdoor furniture, luxury home, design, or construction.
  • Experience building presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
