Manage the General Manager's complex calendar, including internal meetings, external appointments, travel, events, and changing priorities.

Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, reports, and other documents for meetings and executive engagements.

Act as a trusted point of contact and gatekeeper for the General Manager, managing internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.

Coordinate meetings, projects, and priorities across editorial, commercial, advertising, marketing, finance, HR, legal, product, and other teams.

Track key decisions, follow-ups, deadlines, and action items to ensure priorities are executed effectively.

Draft, edit, and coordinate executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and other communications.

Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and meeting schedules.

Organize leadership meetings, off-sites, conferences, client meetings, dinners, and company events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, colleagues, clients, agencies, and external partners.

Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and business priorities as directed by the General Manager.

Coordinate with colleagues across the wider Daily Mail organization, including UK and international teams where required.

Anticipate the General Manager's needs and proactively identify issues, opportunities, and competing priorities.

Handle confidential business, personnel, financial, and strategic information with the highest level of discretion.

Ensure the General Manager is consistently prepared, informed, and supported across all key priorities and engagements.

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably a General Manager, President, CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent.

Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and competing priorities.

Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Ability to prepare polished presentations, briefing documents, reports, and executive correspondence.

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with senior executives and external stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems with minimal direction.

Ability to work quickly and effectively while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Comfortable managing last-minute changes and multiple competing deadlines.

Strong understanding of professional etiquette and executive-level communication.

Experience in digital media, publishing, advertising, entertainment, technology, or another fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or supporting strategic business initiatives is a plus.
