Executive Assistant (Data Management / HR Shared Service)

Working Arrangement: 1 Year Contract, Subject to Extension and Conversion to Perm

Salary: Up to $3,000

Location: One North
Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Job Scope:

You support the HR Shared Services – Data Management Team across both the Onboarding and In Service functions. The role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of HR data in related systems.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring service delivery consistency, minimizing data errors, and supporting ongoing operational demands and projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Processing, Documentation & Filing

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.

• Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in system (e.g., Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension etc.).

• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.

• Ensure all related documentation is properly P filed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

2. Operational & Team Support

• Provide support to both the Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks.

• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.

• Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations.

• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in HR, Business, Data Science, or related disciplines
• No experience required as training provided
