YOUR TASKS
- Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and related administrative requirements.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, documentation of minutes, and tracking of action items to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between leadership, internal departments and external partners.
- Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, and other communication materials for leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support the consolidation of governance, leadership, and business performance reporting.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidential information in line with company policies.
- Organize leadership events, workshops, town halls, and management visits as required.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for business initiatives, projects, and special assignments.
- Perform other duties as required to support business needs.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
