Executive Assistant โ Executive Sales Manager Support (Seoul, Korea)
- Provide executive administrative support to the Korea Country Manager and Sales Leader.
- Manage a highly complex calendar with frequent changes, competing priorities, and last-minute requests. Coordinate meetings involving customers, executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Prioritize incoming requests and proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts before they arise.
- Partner with regional teams, particularly those based in Singapore, to coordinate leadership activities and communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate follow-up actions, and help ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Support travel planning, expense management, and other executive administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while serving as a trusted partner to the Country Manager.
- Work independently, exercising sound judgment and taking initiative without requiring significant direction.

- 5โ10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or business leaders.
- Previous experience in a technology company is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing highly complex executive calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating customer meetings, leadership meetings, and executive-level events.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and execute with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
