About the Position:

Bond University is seeking experienced Executive Assistants to join our Casual Administration Register (CAR), supporting senior leaders across the University. The register is used to fill short-term and fixed-term opportunities, including executive leave cover and periods of increased operational demand.

Executive Assistants play a critical role in enabling senior leaders to operate effectively, providing trusted, high-level support within fast-paced and complex environments.

Responsibilities may include:

  • End-to-end executive office support, including diary and inbox management

  • Coordination of meetings, committees, travel, events, and executive priorities

  • Preparation of high-quality correspondence, reports, briefs, agendas, and minutes

  • Management of sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Coordination of events, projects, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders

  • Financial and administrative support, including budget tracking and approvals

We are seeking professionals who bring:

  • Proven experience providing high-level executive or senior administrative support

  • Strong judgement, discretion, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders

  • Experience supporting complex offices, projects, events, or financial administration

  • Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems

  • A collaborative, adaptable approach and interest in working within a university environment

Contract length can vary from a casual appointment with an hourly rate to a shorter fixed term assignment.
