Be the Trusted Partner Behind a High-Performing Executive Team

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Utah-based executives. This is more than a calendar-management role. You’ll serve as a trusted partner who keeps priorities moving, anticipates needs, solves problems, and helps our executives operate at their best.

The right person is highly organized, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly. You’ll need to be someone who sees what needs to happen, takes ownership, and gets it done—with professionalism and good judgment.

Fieldpiece is a privately held, global leader in professional HVACR tools and test instruments. We're known for developing innovative products that technicians rely on every day and for investing in our people, our technology, and our future. Named one of the Best Places to Work in Southern California for four consecutive years, we're looking for talented people who want to make an impact while growing their careers.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Park City, Utah, with a planned transition to our new Heber City office in 2027. This role follows a hybrid work schedule, working onsite four days per week. Additional in-office days may be required from time to time for onboarding, training, team meetings, project collaboration, or other business needs. Travel is expected to be about 10%.
