Executive Assistant - Foundation

Under the general supervision of the Manager, Administrative Services the Executive Assistant performs standard and advanced confidential administrative duties in support of Foundation operations. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and meetings, preparing and organizing routine meeting materials, taking notes and maintaining records, supporting office logistics, and assisting with internal communications tasks as assigned. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive information. The position works under direction and follows established processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years In an Administrative or Executive Secretary level position or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree Or
- Bachelor's Degree
