Executive Assistant I (Boards & Support)

Rank\: Executive Assistant I

Pay\: HK$24,675 to HK$29,195 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative and logistic support to committee meetings and assist in secretariat functions.
2. Assist in functions and events organised by the HA Board Secretariat.
3. Assist in membership matters relating to Hospital Governing Committees and Regional Advisory Committees.
4. Provide general administrative support to the department.
5. Liaise with internal and external parties on matters relating to corporate services.
6. Assist in updating and maintaining departmental websites and databases.
7. Undertake other administrative duties as assigned by the department.

Entry Requirements
University graduates with working experience.

Preferable Attributes/Exposure
1. At least 2 years’ post-qualification working experience.
2. Experience in secretariat functions, office administration or public relations is preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
5. Proficiency in common computer software, including MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
6. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
