Pay \: HK$24,675– HK$29,195 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities\:
1. To provide clerical & logistic support to Cluster and Hospital Committees supported by PMH Clinical Administration Unit, including scheduling meetings and consolidation of meeting materials;
2. To assist in obtaining quotations, compiling draft specifications for quotation/tender exercises and preparing purchase requisition for clinical departments;
3. To handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with clinical users, internal departments and vendors;
4. To file and retrieve documents, compile statistics, consolidate returns and search for useful information;
5. To support related webpages maintenance; and
6. To perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirement\:
1. University Graduates with working experience; OR
2. F.5/ S.5 with\:
(a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE incl. Eng (Syl. B) & Chin; or
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below\:
(i) Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.

Preferable Attributes/ Exposure\:
1. Relevant working experiences in procurement and clinical administration.
2. Knowledge of HA’s corporate systems including but not limited to ERP and EAM.
3. Good in computer skills and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
