Key Responsibilities\:
Handle public enquires / feedback / complaints and liaise with hospitals/complainants on complaint matters via hotline, face-to-face, and email.
Support public complaint handling for Patient Relations Officers and draft correspondences.
Coordinate meetings, trainings, projects and assist in preparing documents, reports and compiling statistical data and prepare PowerPoints.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the day-to-day operations of the department.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements\:
| (i) | University Graduates with experience; OR | ||
| (ii) | F.5 / S.5 with\: | ||
| (1) | HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; or | ||
| (2) | 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below\: | ||
| — | Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; and | ||
| — | Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent | ||
| AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant frontline experience on handling hotline and face to face complaints from public |
Preferred Attributes/Exposure\:
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Hands-on experience in client communication and complaint service (including handling of enquiries received from complaint hotline and face-to-face, liaison with complainants and assisting in complaint investigation).
Experience in coordinating meetings, writing meeting minutes, and holding events.
Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
A good team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
