Pay \: HK$24,675 - HK$29,195 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.


Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the daily operation of Quality & Safety Office.
2. Assist in planning, coordinating, organizing and managing hospital wide projects.
3. Handle and draft correspondences.
4. Keep track of project progress, co-ordinate with both internal and external parties.
5. Maintain departmental intranet and electronic Document Management System(eDMS).
6. Prepare presentation and/or promotion materials, such as poster, leaflet, booklet, videoclips, etc.
7. Assist in preparation of management reports with data analysis.
8. Perform any other duties as required.


Entry Requirements
1. University Graduates with work experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with\:
(a) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR
(b) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below\:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / ‘’Attained’’ in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent;
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.


Preferred Attributes / Exposure
1. Working experience in healthcare organization or administration.
2. Obtained a Diploma or above in Statistics OR with statistical working experience.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently.
4. Good ability to handle difficult situations, analyze problems and find solutions.
5. Mature thinking, self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative with strong analytical skills.
6. Proficiency in using PC for office work and statistics/ graphic design.
7. Previous exposure to hospital accreditation or quality improvement projects.
8. Good AI skills/ knowledge.
