Pay \: HK$24,675– HK$29,195 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities\:
1. Provide administrative and operational support to administrative functions and daily operation of the department.
2. Prepare documents and reports, collect, verify and compile statistics related to the departmental functions.
3. Assist in the formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of department’s programs.
4. Assist in contract management, coordinate and liaise with relevant users and contractors.
5. Plan and handle repair, maintenance, utilization monitoring, condemnation, and stocktaking of the assets in the department.
6. Coordinate and arrange meeting and perform related secretarial function.
7. Lead and supervise junior staff in the department.
8. Carry out general clerical duties including filing, data entry and recordkeeping.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Entry Requirements\:
1. University Graduates working experience; OR
2. F.5/ S.5 with\:
(a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE incl. Eng (Syl. B) & Chin; or
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below\:
(i) Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.
Preferable Attributes / Exposure\:
1. Working Experience on the following scopes of services.
• Security, Fire Safety and Wayfinding Management
• Secretarial support for committee / meeting.
• Management of External Service Provider
• Smart Projects in Hospital(s) / other organization(s).
2. Being responsible, Decisive and self-motivated, and able to work independently.
3. Good command of written English and Chinese.
4. Knowledge in the application of common computer software including Microsoft Office.
5. Organized and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
