Pay\: HK$20,159 to HK$24,503 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities\:
1. Assist in performing the daily activities and clerical duties of the Training Centre, including\:
- organize meetings and draft minutes
- organize training courses, such as the First Aid / Resuscitation Training courses / simulation training courses and set up the simulate venue
- prepare & organize online training
- webpage development
2. Perform reception duties and handle enquiries.
3. Responsible for course enrolment and related duties.
4. Assist in setting up training venues for various training courses.
5. Assist in administrative, technical, and logistic works relating to training courses.
6. Perform daily update of the AETC official website.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements\:
1. Completed F.5/S.5 with\:
i) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR
ii) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below\:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent
AND diploma in a specialized function; OR
2. Completed F.5/S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with experience.
Preferred Attributes\:
1. Post-secondary diploma or certificate holder of studies in business, accounting, Information Technology or related discipline would be advantageous.
2. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Good communication and customer services skills.
4. Ability to perform typing, word processing and Chinese word processing.
5. Ability on video production & editing.
