Executive Assistant II (Finance - Payroll)

Department/ Cluster\: Finance Division, Kowloon East Cluster
Pay\: HK$20,159 to HK$24,503 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities\:
Reporting to the Finance Manager and Assistant Finance Manager, the incumbent will be assigned to support the cluster payroll of the Cluster Finance Division as follows\:
1. Responsible for the cluster payroll.
2. Responsible for payroll processing including one-time allowance and temporary staff salary, reimbursement of training and other expenses, and control reports checking.
3. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
4. Responsible for answering related enquiry from user departments and outsiders.
5. Assist in preparation of financial and management reports.
6. Carry out general clerical duties including filing, data entry and record keeping.
7. Assist in handling ad-hoc projects.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements\:
1. F.5 / S.5 with\:
(i) HKCEE 5 passes incl. Eng & Chin; or
(ii) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below\:
(a) Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and
(b) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects
AND diploma in a specialized function;
OR
2. F.5 / S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with experience
