Pay\: HK$20,159 to HK$24,503 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities\:

1. To assist in day-to-day administrative functions, include maintaining stock and inventory, office facilities and equipments.

2. To assist in organizing meetings, programmes and activities e.g. venue booking, design gimmick and poster.

3. To assist in word processing, report presentation, data processing including filing, data entry and compile simple statistics.

4. To coordinate and conduct Surgical Respirator (N95) Fit Test for health workers.

5. To assist in website update and maintenance.

6. To perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements\:

1. Completed F.5/S.5 with\:

i) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR

ii) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below\:

- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and

- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent

AND diploma in a specialized function; OR

2. Completed F.5 /S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with experience.

Preferred Attributes\:

1. Proficient in PC applications, such as Chinese word processing, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.

2. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

3. Experience in conducting Surgical Respirator Fit Test.

4. Pleasant and mature personality.

5. Knowledge on graphic design and website maintenance.
