Salary\:

HK$20,159 – HK$24,503 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities\:

1.

Perform day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the daily operation of the department.

2.

Recruit sample, collect, verify and process data in clinical settings, including input data into designated database.

3.

Co-ordinate research projects including screen, keep record of and distribute incoming / outgoing correspondence.

4.

Report writing and dissemination of research findings.

5.

Communicate with clients / patients.

6.

Handle specimen and registration.

7.

Prepare and process pre-analytical specimen.

8.

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Entry Requirements\:

1.

University Graduates; OR

2.

Has obtained a Diploma in a specialized function and has completed F.5/ S.5 with\:

(a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR

(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below\:

  • Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and
  • Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent.)

Preferable Attributes / Exposure\:

1.

Possess good knowledge in health care field and clerical experience in laboratory, health care research and statistics would be an advantage.

2.

Hands-on experience in common computer software (e.g. MS office, including Chinese word processing).

3.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

4.

Responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.

5.

Commitment and flexible working hours (over time during project deadlines).
