Key Responsibilities\: | ||
1. | Perform day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the daily operation of the department. | |
2. | Recruit sample, collect, verify and process data in clinical settings, including input data into designated database. | |
3. | Co-ordinate research projects including screen, keep record of and distribute incoming / outgoing correspondence. | |
4. | Report writing and dissemination of research findings. | |
5. | Communicate with clients / patients. | |
6. | Handle specimen and registration. | |
7. | Prepare and process pre-analytical specimen. | |
8. | Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor. | |

Entry Requirements\: | ||
1. | University Graduates; OR | |
2. | Has obtained a Diploma in a specialized function and has completed F.5/ S.5 with\: | |
| (a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR | |
| (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below\: | |

Preferable Attributes / Exposure\: | ||
1. | Possess good knowledge in health care field and clerical experience in laboratory, health care research and statistics would be an advantage. | |
2. | Hands-on experience in common computer software (e.g. MS office, including Chinese word processing). | |
3. | Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. | |
4. | Responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills. | |
5. | Commitment and flexible working hours (over time during project deadlines). |
