Executive Assistant – Inbound & Outbound Calls (JOB ID: EVABJ2026)

$1,039/hr – $1,733/mo USD depending on experience
Role
We’re seeking a dependable and articulate Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at handling phone-based communication and general organizational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
You’ll work directly with the business owner and must be comfortable taking initiative, juggling multiple priorities, and managing tasks with little oversight. This is a client-facing role, and strong communication skills are essential.
Bonus: Located in or near Ensenada, Puerto Escondido, or Mérida, Mexico (not required but highly preferred for potential in-person collaboration)
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from clients and leads professionally and promptly
Make outbound calls for scheduling, follow-ups, and client communication
Coordinate appointments, reminders, and calendar management
Assist with basic administrative and organizational support tasks
Make calls to negotiate with outside vendors as needed
Provide daily updates and maintain consistent communication with the business owner
Handle light client onboarding or follow-up tasks as assigned
Requirements:
C1/C2 level spoken and written English — must be clear and easy to understand
Past experience making both inbound and outbound calls is required
Highly organized and proactive with excellent time management
Able to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone and in writing
Comfortable using basic business tools (Google Workspace, calendars, task trackers, etc.)
