Executive Assistant intern
Posted
This is 6months unpaid internship.
Evercove is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership and operations team. We don't just need a calendar manager; we need a strategic partner who can streamline our daily workflows, anticipate bottlenecks, and keep fast-moving initiatives on track.
What You’ll Do *
- Manage complex scheduling, inbox triage, and seamless calendar coordination across multiple time zones.
- Support operations and product leadership by organizing documentation, recording meeting minutes, and tracking critical action items.
- Assist in formatting, proofreading, and coordinating vital business documents, including investor pitch decks, project proposals, and grant application materials.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear, timely communication.
- Help maintain and organize company workspaces and knowledge bases.
What You Bring
- The Experience: 2+ years of administrative or operational experience supporting founders, executives, or project managers in a fast-paced environment.
- The Tech Stack: High proficiency with modern productivity and agile project management tools. You should be entirely comfortable navigating Notion, ClickUp, Jira, and asynchronous communication tools like Loom.
- The Organization: Impeccable attention to detail. You are the kind of person who naturally builds systems out of chaos and anticipates needs before they are explicitly stated.
- The Polish: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strict discretion and judgment when handling sensitive company information.
**What We Offer **
- High Impact: A central, highly visible role where your organizational systems directly influence company growth and successful product delivery.
- Modern Workflow: A collaborative environment that prioritizes clear operational processes and asynchronous flexibility.
- Flexibility and equity: A remote-friendly structure paired equity when transitioned into a full time role.**
