The Executive Assistant serves as the primary administrative partner to the Executive Director and leadership team. This role manages executive schedules, prepares reports and correspondence, maintains confidential records, and supports community operations. The Executive Assistant serves as a key point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient administrative processes.
