Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex, high-volume executive calendars, prioritize meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, and ensure efficient daily leadership workflow.
Plan and execute all domestic and international business travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, transportation, accommodation and full expense reconciliation.
Coordinate executive-level internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas and materials, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items systematically.
Draft, edit and proofread high-level business correspondence, reports, presentations and official documents with high professionalism.
Serve as the key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, maintain smooth and professional cross-functional communication.
Manage confidential executive information, business strategies and sensitive company data with absolute discretion and strict confidentiality.
Assist executives with ad-hoc affairs, support special leadership projects, and complete other temporary assignments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; 6+ years solid experience supporting senior executives in multinational companies.
Fluent in written and spoken English, able to handle bilingual business scenarios independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern office tools; skilled in document formatting, PPT polishing and expense management.
Exceptional time management, multi-tasking ability and logical judgment; able to prioritize work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent business etiquette, communication skill and cross-team coordination capability.
High level of confidentiality, strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude and mature interpersonal sensitivity.
