Executive Assistant
This is a remote position.
This is a high-impact support role responsible for managing administrative, operational, and executive priorities to ensure leaders can focus on strategic initiatives and business growth. This is not an entry-level position.
The role works closely with executives and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones

Support inbox management, email correspondence, and communication on behalf of leadership

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics as needed

Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and supporting documentation

Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion

Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems

Assist with project coordination and operational initiatives across teams

Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Expectations

Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting executives, business leaders, or senior stakeholders

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proven experience managing calendars, scheduling, and executive communications

Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms

Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise

Adaptable to changing priorities and business requirements
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST
