EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MALE

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate internal/external visitor visits.

· Prepare, edit, and format emails, reports, presentations, and other documents in MS Word and PowerPoint.

· Maintain and update data, trackers, and reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, tables, basic dashboards).

· Track deadlines, action items, and follow‑ups for key projects and communications.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and business‑trip logistics as required.

· Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

· Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.

· Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and occasional events (room bookings, invitations, materials, etc.).

· Maintain filing and documentation systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of records.



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate degree in any discipline (Business Administration / Commerce preferred but not mandatory).

· 4–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior leadership or Directors.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets; comfortable with basic to intermediate formulas, formatting, and data organization.

· Strong written and spoken English and local language (as applicable).

· Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.

· High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

· Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
