Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of hotel financial, operational and strategic goals
Lead people initiatives including training, culture and team engagement
Maintain a strong on-floor presence to elevate the guest experience
Oversee WHS, compliance and responsible business practices
Contribute to business planning, reporting and asset optimisation
Represent the hotel during VIP visits, events and community activities
Provide highly hands-on operational leadership across the hotel
What You’ll Bring
Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments with a Rooms-focused background
Proven leadership capability with a focus on culture, engagement and team performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercial mindset with budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience
Experience as a Rooms Division Manager or Executive Assistant Manager, with aspirations to progress into a General Manager role
Openness to relocating to Cairns for the opportunity
