Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator
Job Purpose
Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will help manage priorities and day to-day operations. Alongside this, you will support the company's marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, events, and brand communications. The role is approximately 70% weighted towards Executive Assistant duties and 30% towards Marketing Coordination, though this may flex depending on business needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple areas of a growing fintech business and play a key role in supporting senior leadership and business growth.
Hybrid working model, 2 days in the London office - Wednesday & Friday is a must.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's diary, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and briefing materials.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
- Track key actions and follow-ups from meetings.
- Support the CEO with project coordination and business administration.
- Assist with planning company events, board meetings, and leadership meetings.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media channels.
- Create and schedule content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Assist with website updates and marketing collateral.
- Draft newsletters, blog posts, and company announcements.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate industry events, webinars, and conferences.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Assist with maintaining brand consistency across communications.
Job Requirements
Essential Skills
- Some previous experience as an Assistant, Office Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or similar.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience using CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Experience organising events and webinars.
- Familiarity with website content management systems.
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Positive, adaptable, and solution-focused.
- Comfortable working directly with senior executives.
- Commercially aware and business-minded.
- Creative with strong written communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
