About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive anddiscreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive supportto senior leadership.

The role requires someone who can operate with a highdegree of independence, maturity, confidentiality and professionalism,anticipate the needs of senior leadership and ensure seamless coordinationacross business priorities, meetings, travel and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced,entrepreneurial and international business environment and should possessexcellent judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Calendar Management

  • Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments and priorities.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings across different time zones.

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas and itineraries.
  • Manage travel schedules and changes at short notice.

Reporting & Business Support

  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, trackers and other management documents.
  • Support leadership in monitoring key initiatives and strategic action points.
  • Assist with special projects, research and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Handle highly confidential business, financial, strategic and personal information with complete discretion.
  • Exercise sound judgment when dealing with sensitive matters.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting a CEO, Founder, Managing Director, Chairman or C-suite executive.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a pharmaceutical, healthcare would be an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate executive requirements rather than simply respond to requests.
  • Strong ownership, follow-through and problem-solving ability.
