A Day in the Life

You will drive executive operations for our Travel Retail Americas Managing Director and Management Committee (MANCOM), reporting directly to the Managing Director in Miami. Your daily focus bridges high-level executive support with hands-on workplace management across a multi-market zone.

• Steer complex international agendas, executive travel, and expenses for the Managing Director, liaising seamlessly with our Paris Hub teams.

• Orchestrate major international leadership events and offsites, including Worldwide Meetings, Cannes, IAADFS, and ASUTIL conferences.

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for visiting global executive delegations, from itinerary planning to regional point-of-sale immersions.

• Organize MANCOM governance by structuring agendas, facilitating meetings, and circulating actionable minutes within 48 hours.

• Lead office life and engagement initiatives, including Citizen Day volunteering and local community events, while managing office facilities, vendor relationships, and operational purchase orders.

We Are Looking For

You bring exceptional organizational precision and a proactive mindset to anticipate business priorities in an international environment. You bring:

• Cooperation: Ability to build trusted partnerships across local leadership, Paris headquarters, and transversal teams.

• Prioritization: Proven capacity to manage high-volume executive agendas, urgent demands, and competing operational deadlines with composure.

• Facility Management: Practical expertise overseeing daily office operations, workplace services, and vendor coordination.

• Adapted Communication: Strong diplomacy and discretion when handling sensitive information and interacting with diverse executive stakeholders.

• Project Planning Management: Rigorous approach to structuring large-scale international offsites, industry summits, and travel logistics from brief to execution.

What's In It For You

• A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you'll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!)

• Real responsibility from day 1, there's no sitting on the sidelines at L'Oréal

• An environment where people of every ethnicity, social background, age, religion, gender and sexual orientation as well as people with disabilities are accepted, can speak up, will thrive and are celebrated!

• A place where you can contribute to something bigger! Many of our brands have societal/environmental causes to make a concrete difference
