Executive Assistant, Performing Arts
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
You will be responsible for:
- providing support for the Committee, Advisory Panel and Working Group related to Performing Arts;
- preparing the meeting agenda, paper, powerpoint, minutes and providing logistical arrangements for meetings;
- managing the internal and external correspondences;
- assisting in preparing and maintaining accurate meeting documentation, including discussion paper, meeting minutes, progress reports etc;
- undertaking related secretarial and administrative duties; and
- contributing to the development and implementation of administrative systems and workflows to support the work of Performing Arts Division; and
- performing any other duties from time to time as assigned by the Authority.
You should:
- possess a recognised university degree in Language Studies, Business Administration or equivalent;
- have at least 8 years of working experience, preferably exposure in statutory body, non-profit making organisation, institution or other sizeable organization;
- preferably be knowledgeable in the performing arts scene of Hong Kong;
- be able to work independently and cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment;
- have good organising, planning, analytical and problem solving skills;
- be meticulous with ability to manage mutli-tasks;
- be proactive and able to work independently to deliver quality and timely support;
- have good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- have excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Chinese.
