The Role
We're hiring an Executive Assistant to be a force multiplier for our sales leaders and the operating engine behind how the revenue org runs. This is a hands-on role for someone who owns problems end-to-end — from QBR logistics across the org to the weekly follow-through that keeps three growing sales orgs moving.
Hightouch's revenue team is scaling fast. You'll be part of the team that makes the whole rhythm run, reporting to the CRO's Chief of Staff and partnering closely with multiple sales leaders. This is not a role for someone who waits to be handed a schedule. It's for someone who sees what needs to happen next and makes it happen.
What You'll Do
- Own Quarterly Business Reviews and offsite logistics end-to-end. Plan and run multiple QBRs and team offsites across the org — venues, travel, hotels, catering, evening activities, day-of run-of-show, and materials. Leaders should walk in prepared and walk out with everything handled. You're the single source of truth for the program.
- Run the operating rhythm of three sales orgs. Consolidate agendas, coordinate guest presenters, track takeaways, and ensure follow-up for recurring meetings — including team meetings, forecast/pipeline calls, enablement series, and local leadership meetings. Make sure decisions made in the room actually reach the teams and get done.
- Turn meeting notes into finished follow-through. Convert 1:1 and forecast-call outputs into tracked next steps and drive them to close. Fire off the Slacks, chase the loose ends, and make sure nothing falls through.
- Clear the drag so leaders can lead. Protect calendars, triage where it counts, own expenses, and handle meeting logistics. The goal is simple: leaders spend their time selling and building, not coordinating.
- A Plus: You can build the things leaders never have time to build. Turn a 30-minute brain-dump into a tangible artifact. Draft AE-sourced outreach for a leader to review and send. Help run an OKR accountability cadence that keeps goals front and center each quarter.
Who You Are
- You run complex logistics without dropping a thread. Multiple events on overlapping timelines don't rattle you — you've built the tracker, booked the venues, and thought through the day-of before anyone has to ask.
- You close loops. You'd rather chase something to done than wait to be reminded. Follow-through is your default, not your exception.
- You write like an operator. You can draft an agenda, a briefing, or outreach in a leader's voice and get it 90% of the way there on the first pass.
- You've operated in a high-velocity environment. Ideally you've supported senior leaders or run programs in a fast-growing sales, GTM, or startup setting, and you know how quickly priorities shift.
- You're trusted with sensitive information. Calendars, comp, recruiting, and deal details pass through you, and discretion is second nature.
- You're fluent in the modern GTM stack — and getting faster with AI. Slack, calendar and inbox tooling, CRM, and meeting-notes tools are second nature, and you use AI to move quicker.
The salary range for this position is $130,000-$170,000 USD per year, which is location-independent. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
