This role supports several members of our executive leadership team, as well as provides occasional support to other executive team members of Sandals Church. In this role, you will serve as the “right-hand person” for the executive leaders, enabling them to better accomplish the organizational mission and goals.
Part time: 25 hours per week
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calendar & Hospitality Support: Manage complex executive calendars and schedule meetings. Coordinate and place daily meal orders for executive leadership.
- Meeting & Event Logistics: Provide comprehensive meeting support, including agenda preparation, catering coordination, and physical meal set up and tear down. Execute events and strategic special projects.
- Budgeting & Approvals: Manage executive budgets and expenses, and process or facilitate budget approvals as needed.
- Communication & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between executive(s) and other internal/external stakeholders.
- General Executive Support: Perform various administrative and operational tasks required to support executive leadership smoothly.
- Confidentiality: Maintain and protect strict confidentiality.

COMPENSATION:
Pay Range: $20–$23 per hour
- Rate determined by experience and our internal compensation structure.
