Executive Assistant Specialist

About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at Fort Shafter, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Develops comprehensive plans and strategies for the internal and external integration of day-to-day and long-range projects, actions, and activities.

Responsible for managing the operational schedule of the Command Group

Ensures the most efficient and effective support is provided to the Command Group staff in the execution of their responsibilities.

Manages staff actions, determines status, prioritizes events, and provides comprehensive status briefs.
