We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Executive Assistance to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership in driving the company’s strategy, growth, and sustainable transformation in the agriculture industry.


JOB SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant will act as a key advisor and support the business owner and senior executives, overseeing strategic initiatives, managing operations, and ensuring smooth execution of the business growth agenda.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES


Strategic Support

  • Work directly with the business owner and senior executives to help drive the company’s strategic projects and initiatives relating towards business expansion, sustainability and green economy practices.
  • Oversee high-priority strategic projects that align with the company’s goals.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks and track project progress to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the business owner and senior executives in navigating the challenges and promoting the green economy vision.


Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the business owner and executive team, key stakeholders, both internally (e.g., departments, boards) and externally (e.g., investors, partners).
  • Coordinate business owner’s communications, including presentations, speeches, and messages to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Manage relationships with critical stakeholders such as investors, analysts, regulators, and other third parties involved in the IPO process.


Decision-Making Support

  • Gather information and provide analysis to support informed decision-making that ensure the leadership team stays aligned on key priorities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.


Operational Management

  • Manage the Business Owner's schedule, communications, and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support green initiatives.

Backend Support

  • Schedule arrangements such as calendar management, travel arrangements, medical. Personal care and well-being.
  • Meeting preparation and ensuring the necessary materials are prepared and shared before meeting.


Household Support

  • Oversee and manage household staff to ensuring they perform their tasks and maintain schedules.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Ensure that the home is clean and organized. Coordinate deep cleaning or maintenance schedules as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of household supplies, groceries, and essentials, and order items when necessary.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a relevant role supporting the business owner, both personal and business needs
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, executing sustainability initiatives, and driving cross-border operating initiatives for public listed companies
  • Experience in working with and effectively engage all levels, cross-functional teams, senior executives, and stakeholders to align business strategies with sustainability goals
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Possess the ability to inspire, prospect and manage senior-level relationships
  • Deep understanding of the international public listed compliance, growth potentials, reputational risks, and green economy principles
  • Passionate about sustainability, growth, and making tangible impacts both the organization’s trajectory and social environment
  • Future-thinking and growth mindset with a strong focus on teamwork
  • Ability to travel frequently and internationally as required
