Your Work Matters How will you make a difference?

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the Administration Department staff, including performing clerical duties, attending departmental and clinical meetings, coordinating medical staff activities, maintaining medical staff credentialing and files. Act as point of contact among executives, employees, and other leadership. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings. Manage daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Oversee clerical/switchboard staff performance. Serve as office manager by maintaining office supply inventory. Format information for internal and external communication; memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc. Screen and direct phone calls. Organize and maintain the office filing system.

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for

  • Education: Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: At least three (3) years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health care setting or two (2) years of human resources experience, preferably in a health care setting; or a combination of education, training, or experience in either field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent MS Office knowledge
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure of deadlines
    • Solution-driven
    • Highly organized
  • Additional Requirements: Must be able to type at least 65 w.p.m.; knowledge of medical terminology and thorough knowledge of Word and Excel software programs; shorthand experience desired. Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as requested.

Compensation:

This is a full-time, exempt role, and the expected compensation range is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be given to experience and skill level. Join us as our Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO, and CNO.
