● Travel as needed, including domestic and international trips.
● Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, with confidence interacting with international customers, partners, and colleagues.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels and situations.
● Strong situational awareness and the ability to read the room and adapt accordingly.
● Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to independently drive tasks through completion.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful with a strong ability to anticipate needs.
● Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally with executives as needed.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
● Comfortable handling both business and personal matters with professionalism and clear boundaries.
