Executive Assistant to the CEO
You will manage and protect the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings across time zones, track action items, prepare briefs, and follow up on open tasks. You will book travel, support events and dinners, help maintain an organized NYC office, coordinate with vendors, and handle correspondence, filing, expenses, and other operational tasks confidentially.
Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize, and protect the CEO’s schedule
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones
- Track action items and prepare briefs
- Follow up on open tasks
- Book and adjust travel and itineraries
- Support team and social events, offsites, and external dinners or forums
- Help keep the NYC office organized and welcoming
- Coordinate with building management and vendors on facilities issues
- Handle correspondence, filing, expenses, and other operational tasks
Requirements
- 3+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Based in or able to work daily from the NYC Office
- Judgment and discretion with sensitive information
- Organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with calendars, documents, Slack, and travel applications
- Willingness to learn new systems
