We do this by building a deep, contextual understanding of our customers’ networks - turning noise into signal and enabling security teams to focus on what truly matters. We’re a small, fast-moving startup with great people who care about impact, craftsmanship, and each other.

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Executive Assistant based in New York or New Jersey to work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO.

This role is ideal for a seasoned EA who thrives in a fast-paced startup, communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and gets things done with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings across US, Israel and other time zones
  • Handle domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, and transportation) and adapt quickly to changes
  • Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and drive follow-ups and accountability
  • Communicate on behalf of the CEO with discretion and professionalism
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest confidentiality and integrity
  • Support special projects and coordinate US logistics, including presentations, planning documents, reports and operational initiatives

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel, email, and calendar tools

  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Willingness to support high-priority needs outside of standard business hours when necessary
  • Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented - you get things done without needing to be asked
  • “No task too small” mindset - you're happy to dive into anything that moves the team forward
  • Bachelor’s degree - an advantage

Compensation: $90K–$120K base salary + equity
