Discussion

About Linero

Linero is building the operational infrastructure that ensures the world's most sensitive technologies reach the right hands, and never the wrong ones.

Our customers include some of the most consequential companies in the world: leading AI labs, aerospace and defense primes, semiconductor giants, quantum computing pioneers, and companies pushing the frontier in chemicals, advanced manufacturing, and robotics.

We are an AI-native, venture-backed company creating a new category of software at the intersection of national security, industrial infrastructure, and enterprise AI.

The Role

Linero is solving a massively complex problem at a pace and scale that requires exceptional talent across every function - including the people who keep our leadership running smoothly.

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO, owning their calendar, communications, and daily operations with precision, discretion, and independent judgment - freeing the CEO to focus on building the company.

What You'll Own

  • Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing what matters most

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics

  • Prepare the CEO for meetings, including gathering materials, briefing documents, and tracking follow-ups

  • Own communications triage, drafting correspondence and ensuring timely follow-through on commitments

  • Manage expenses, vendor relationships, and other administrative operations

  • Partner with the CEO on ad hoc projects and special initiatives as they arise

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of work experience in versatile environments

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive, ideally a CEO or founder

  • Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

  • Proven ability to manage complex, fast-changing calendars and competing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with shifting priorities, fully AI-native environment

  • Based in New York City

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience

  • Meaningful equity in a company at an early and critical stage of growth

  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision

  • A front-row seat to how one of the most consequential companies of this era is built

  • Direct access to leadership and genuine influence over how Linero operates day to day

Equal opportunity & eligibility

  • Linero is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

  • Start date is immediate, with flexibility for the right candidate. This is an in-person, NYC-based role.
